INTRODUCTION

The LX Electric Single-Girder Suspension Crane (also known as an underslung overhead crane) is a light-duty bridge crane designed to operate beneath existing roof structures. Unlike top-running cranes that travel on support columns, the LX model features end trucks that ride directly on the bottom flanges of overhead I-beams or roof trusses.

APPLICATION SCENARIO

[1] Light Manufacturing Workshops – Handling raw materials, semi-finished products, tools, and assembled components in plastics, electronics, and general manufacturing with clear floor space.

[2] Assembly Lines – Moving components, motors, pumps, and assemblies along the production line, with the suspended design keeping aisles clear for workers and carts.

[3] Warehouses – Loading/unloading goods from trucks, moving pallets and cartons to storage racks, and order picking operations without floor obstructions.

[4] Machine Shops – Lifting workpieces, engine blocks, gearboxes, and machine parts between lathes, mills, and other equipment, keeping floor space for operator movement.

[5] Maintenance Workshops – Servicing equipment parts, motors, pumps, and heavy tools in plant maintenance areas with limited floor space.

ADVANTAGES

[1] Space-Saving Suspended Design – Mounts to building ceiling, freeing up valuable floor space.

[2] No Floor Obstructions – Eliminates floor rails and columns for unobstructed movement of forklifts and personnel.

[3] Low Headroom Capability – Compact design maximizes lifting height in low-clearance buildings.

[4] Flexible Track Options – Fixed I-beam or modular KBK track for straight or curved layouts.

[5] Low Installation Cost – No concrete foundation or floor rails, reducing civil work by 40%-60%.

[6] Easy Expansion – Modular track systems allow simple addition of new workstations or track extensions.
