INTRODUCTION
The container spreader is a specialized attachment used on container cranes, straddle carriers, and reach stackers for handling intermodal containers. It features a telescopic frame that adjusts to 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft container lengths, with twistlock mechanisms at each corner to lock onto container corner castings. Lifting capacity typically ranges from 30t to 50t, with optional features such as anti‑sway, floating flippers, and single‑spreader for twin‑lift. This spreader enables safe, efficient stacking and transferring of containers in ports, rail yards, and depots.

ADVANTAGES
1. The main frame of the container spreader has high strength, good rigidity, and light self weight. The main beam of the lifting appliance is made of I-beam steel, and strengthened at the four key lifting points and cantilevers, thereby enhancing the bearing capacity and rigidity of the lifting appliance.
2. The rotary lock adopts a dual positioning device, which prevents the lifting tool from rotating when lifting the container, enhancing safety performance.
3. The horizontal transmission rod of the lifting appliance adopts a four link mechanism, which makes the rotation of the rotary lock smoother and more accurate, thereby further improving the safety of loading and unloading operations.
4. The four corners of the lifting appliance are designed with rounded corners, which will not damage the container during operation.
5. The lifting appliance is equipped with an opening and locking indicator board, which allows the driver to determine the opening and locking status based on the opening and locking indicator board.
